THE NSR SALES & MARKETING APPROACH INCLUDES:

STRATEGIC MARKETING PARTNERSHIPS We have formed strategic partnerships with several leading airlines, credit card companies, and rental car companies so that NSR hotels can promote products and services to very targeted groups and markets effectively.

PUBLIC RELATIONS We have developed robust public relations campaigns in both the online space and offline to ensure our portfolio of properties receives maximum exposure via print and electronic media channels, and in trade and consumer publications.

CO-OP ADVERTISING We produce and participate in co-op and joint advertising and promotional campaigns on a regional, national, and international scale. We have found this to be a very effective way to promote NSR properties through both print and electronic media channels.

JOINT E-MAIL MARKETING CAMPAIGNS We have found that co-optation is one of the most effective marketing strategies for many properties. We work closely with hospitality professionals including national tourist offices, local Convention and Visitors Bureaus, and other partners to develop high-impact joint e-mail marketing campaigns for specific destinations.

MEDIA PURCHASING NSR Management uses a centralized media buying approach to maximize advertising dollars of all hotels. We work closely with hotels to create individual advertising campaigns and assist properties in obtaining the best rates for local advertising initiatives.

REVENUE MANAGEMENT We work hard to ensure our properties can increase revenue and reach weekly and monthly sales goals by implementing proven revenue management strategies. Our team analyzes market demand, historical trends, city-wide trends, and destination-specific trends to predict revenue potential and tap into all lucrative opportunities.

Our Approach Part of our strategy involves analyzing competitive pricing to ensure each property can perform at its fullest potential in a given market. We measure success by growing market share year-over-year and exceeding RevPAR goals. Our revenue management processes and philosophies allow us to be consistent but flexible – we are here to meet your business’s unique needs and are focused on implementing programs that help individual hotels maximize all revenue opportunities.

Revenue Management Enhancement We strive to maximize RevPAR at our properties and we understand the importance of selling at the right price to the right customer.
