NSR Hospitality is a California based, privately controlled real estate development, investment, and Asset management company founded in 2010.

Himanshu Sarvaiya founded NSR Hotels in 2010. Himanshu participated in more than 60 transactions. Himanshu is a Real Estate guy and he knows the hotel business through and through. His expertise is turning around under-performing hotels and knowing how to select the right location for new build opportunities. He thrives on analyzing the options, selecting the direction that provides the most value, creating vision, and sourcing ways to maintain quality.

    As the Chief Financial Officer, Jeni manages all financial actions of the organization.
    By establishing, monitoring, and enforcing policies and procedures, she guides financial decisions and protects company assets. Jeni assists in compliance audits and monitors internal controls to ensure that everyone does their job correctly. With her team of accounting professionals, she focuses on and provides strategic direction for daily business functions including payroll, cash and credit management, tax compliance, and treasury.
